The workflow is generally that the tweet is created first, then the video editor will design a thumbnail for the youtube video that is linked, then the writer will post to linkedin. The linkedin posts use the youtube thumbnail so it's important that that is done before the linkedin post goes up.

There isn't any IGTV thumbnail needed for this content type.
