Logging time

Here is how you log time - you'll see the Video Editing Billed Minutes field on the right for example (this is what will show up if you are doing video editing - if you're doing writing it will show Writing Billed Minutes, etc.)

You will need to go into the Billing tab to actually enter times - and each time that you enter needs to be associated to a piece of content:

Until you enter times, the content will stay assigned to you and won't move to the next team member in the workflow, so be sure to do that.

Note: the times that you bill in Upwork or elsewhere have to match your billed minutes in Airtable exactly. You can see your total billing by day by using the Group feature:
