Using Airtable

Airtable is the primary place where content is assigned to you to work on. You will have a View in the Content tab - just search for your name in order to find your view:

You should bookmark that view because that's where you will primarily be working out of. All you have to do is look to see the content that is assigned to you in there, and generally you will need to populate all of the fields that are visible to you in order to complete work on the content and then it will disappear from your view.

If you need to find something after it disappears from your view, just go into the Overview view and you'll be able to find it.
