Creating duplicate content records
Be careful not to create duplicate content records when you are linking Content to a Billing record for example:
There is an option in the lookup functionality to Add new record, but you shouldn't ever use that - you should always be linking to an existing record whenever you're logging time.
Airtable shows a history of who created the record so it's easy to see that these are duplicates created by accident when billing times were being entered:
